One sentence. A finished inspection.

Claude — connected to ProofMi

You: “Create a move-out inspection for 12 Oak St and share it with my tenant.”

create_inspection✓ draft created
add_inspection_photos✓ 8 photos added
complete_inspection✓ ready to share
share_inspection✓ shared with tenant

Claude: Done — the move-out inspection for 12 Oak St is shared. Your tenant will get a link to review the photos and respond.

Get connected

Three steps to connect Claude

claude.ai is the tested target. ChatGPT supports custom connectors the same way — we consider that support best-effort for now.

1

Add the connector

In claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and enter https://mcp.proofmi.xyz/mcp as the endpoint.

2

Sign in with Google

When prompted, sign in with your existing Proofmi Google account. Your password is never shared with Claude.

3

Ask it to do something

Try "List my properties" or "Create a move-out inspection for 12 Oak St and share it with my tenant."

Connector endpoint: https://mcp.proofmi.xyz/mcp

What your AI can do

The paperwork side of hosting, from a chat

Properties

List your properties, add a new one, or pull up the details on any of them.

Inspection lifecycle

Start a draft inspection, add photos room by room, and mark it complete. Photos an AI adds are labeled Uploaded by user — only live in-app capture earns the Verified seal.

Share & follow up

Send the inspection link, check what your guest said, reply, or propose a resolution.

Records

Pull your activity feed, or check your subscription tier and quota.

Your guest's AI can respond too

Guests can point their own AI at the share link — it reviews photos, leaves comments, uploads response photos, and can confirm "Looks Good" when the guest asks. Everything is recorded under the guest's share token, same as a tap in the browser.

Your data, your control

  • Sign-in uses standard OAuth through your existing Proofmi Google account — your password is never shared with Claude or ChatGPT.

  • Revoke access anytime by removing the ProofMi connector in your AI's own settings — for example, claude.ai's Settings → Connectors.

AI can manage your records. It can't fake your photos — the seal only comes from live capture.

Get the app. Then let your AI run it.

Every inspection your AI creates is still built on real, live-captured photos — that part never changes.
