A: You can appeal within the dispute window. Submit (1) additional photos showing the damage from multiple angles, (2) a specific narrative matching photo numbers to damage locations, (3) independent verification (e.g., ProofMi-signed photos) proving photo capture time and location. The denial is almost always a documentation gap, not bad faith.

**Q: How do I prove pre-stay condition if I didn't take photos before?**
A: You can still win by combining (a) photos of similar rooms/areas that are undamaged, (b) your cleaner's turnover log, (c) any guest-facing photos (listing images) showing prior condition. Going forward, use an app that captures verified photos after every turnover — the baseline is one set per room per check-in.

**Q: Do I need an expensive camera?**
